We collect only your email address when you voluntarily submit it through the waitlist form. No additional personal data is collected. No IP addresses are stored by us.
Your email address is used exclusively for direct product communication - to notify you of the launch of the Biological Inflation digital license and to deliver the Biological Audit Checklist upon system activation.
We do not use your data for profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose beyond what you consented to at submission.
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR / RODO), given at the time of form submission by ticking the consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Your data is stored on Netlify infrastructure (Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Netlify is GDPR-compliant and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement. Data transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Data is retained until you request deletion, or until the product waitlist is closed, whichever comes first. We do not retain data beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. The only processor with access to your email address is Netlify, solely for form submission storage. No data is passed to advertisers, analytics platforms, or any other third party.
This website does not use cookies - no tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies. No persistent local storage mechanisms are used. This site is fully compliant with the ePrivacy Directive (Cookie Law).
Under GDPR / RODO, you have the following rights:
