We collect the email address you voluntarily submit through the form on this site. We do not ask for any other personal data.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs where necessary to provide, secure and operate the service. We do not use this information for advertising or behavioral profiling.
What you are joining. When you submit the form, you subscribe to the Grant Wilder email service (System Updates). The Biological Net Worth (BNW) Audit is the first message you receive as part of that service.
Purpose 1: delivering your BNW Audit. We use your email to send you the BNW Audit and any message needed to deliver it.
Purpose 2: System Updates and launch communication. We use your email to send ongoing System Updates, launch notifications and related promotional emails about Biological Inflation.
Legal basis. Both are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / RODO), given when you tick the consent box on the form. For the electronic marketing messages (System Updates, launch and promotional emails), we also rely on your prior consent under Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (PKE). Your consent is a single, active choice and it is not pre-ticked. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We do not use your data for profiling or behavioral advertising.
Your email address is processed on our behalf by the following processors, solely to operate this service:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): capture and initial storage of form submissions.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, via Google Workspace): storage of submissions, delivery of emails, and hosting of the Audit file.
Each processor acts under a Data Processing Agreement. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own purposes, and is not passed to advertising or analytics platforms.
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (in the USA). Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by the safeguards set out in our data processing agreements with those providers: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider and the specific processing.
- Audit delivery: your email is kept for as long as needed to deliver the Audit and handle any related request.
- Active subscribers: while your consent to System Updates remains active, that is, until you unsubscribe.
- After unsubscribe or erasure: your personal data is deleted, except a minimal record kept as proof that consent was given and withdrawn, retained only as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance or defend legal claims.
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for these purposes.
This site does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider are used only to operate and secure the site, not to track you across the web.
Under GDPR / RODO, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15) - obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) - correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17) - "right to be forgotten"
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20)
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) - at any time, without penalty
- Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) - with your national supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO - uodo.gov.pl)

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Article 22 of GDPR.
