The product is delivered entirely in digital format. No physical goods are shipped. No ongoing subscription is implied unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
The listed price of $9.99 USD is the introductory rate for waitlist members at the time of system launch. This price may change for non-waitlist purchases without prior notice.
All digital license sales are final once the system launches and the license is delivered or accessed. Due to the nature of digital goods (as permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), refunds are not available after the digital content has been accessed or delivered.
If you experience a verified technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact protocol@grantwilder.co within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve legitimate access issues.
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, guarantee purchase access, fix a price, or reserve a specific allocation position. The waitlist is a priority-notification mechanism only.
Grant Wilder reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or restructure the product launch at any time without liability to waitlist members.
